Our room was cleaned every day, which we really appreciated. We would also like to thank the staff, as they were very kind to us and gave us a very warm welcome. They even offered a plush toy that our baby can’t live without now. I highly recommend this place.

I have stayed in other Novotels but this Novotel in Berlin does not meet the standards of Novotel. While the staff was very friendly the rooms had issues with AC not working properly, bathroom had issues with sink as water would not drain from it.
