Clean & convenient.

We enjoyed this apartment very much. It was very clean and nicely furnished. It was walking distance to grocery stores as well as many delicious restaurants. We would definitely opt to stay here again. Also the host was very responsive. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay for our very first time in Berlin!

Nice stay

Good location with very close public transport options. Nice flat, roomy. Pity that second bathroom is not a really separated room. Flat would also deserve separated toilets. Very reactive owner whenever there is a question.

Appartement très bien situé pour visiter Berlin. Très spacieux pour 4 personnes. Quelques points à amliorer :La chambre côté avenue est assez bruyante. Inconvénient, les toilettes sont dans la salle de bain. Rénovation fragile, la manipulation de certaines choses peut être stressante (rideaux, fenêtres...). Ménage bien fait dans l'ensemble à condition de ne pas regarder dans les recoins.Appartement satisfaisant mais au regard du prix mériterait des détails plus soignés pour avoir la cinquième étoiles.

Zentrale geräumige Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist für größere Gruppen erwachsener Menschen geeignet. Aufgrund der Lage (1. Etage direkt an einer sehr stark befahrenen Straße) ist Erholung nicht wirklich möglich, Lüften ist auch eher schwierig. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Betten bequem. Eine Toilette für 10 Personen könnte knapp sein.
