Quiet, comfortable apartment

I was visiting a friend in the area. The apartment is perfect for easy access to public transport and local shops. The Italian restaurant next door was lovely, and even delivers, and fresh breakfast croissants are to be had from the bakery on the corner. The little balcony was pleasant to sit out in the evening sunshine. There were plenty of cooking utensils, though only just enough crockery. Thomas was thoughtful in providing shower gel and shampoo as well as small kitchen items like salt, cooking oil and dishwasher tablets.

nice and quiet good rest a little bit further from main attractions but very good alternative transportation. Many grocery stores closer to the apartment as well as restaurants. Thomas communicated very well too.

Nice apartment

The apartment was beautiful and overall a very nice stay. The listing did say light up for laundry, although there was no laundry in the building (which was the main reason we booked this vrbo) so that was disappointing. Otherwise it was a very lovely apartment with all the necessities and good space.

Great location :)

The apartment is in a great location, really easy to get anywhere in Berlin on the train. There's food and grocery right down the street. Its not right in the city center, so pretty calm at night.

Wonderful multicultural area.

A very comfortable apartment in an exciting area. All facilities at hand. Apartment was as described and Thomas was a great host - very easy to communicate with. Parking was on the street but always available. Transport to all the traditional Berlin sights was very easy. It was always nice to come home to a friendly, non-touristy area, with cheap restaurants and supermarkets open to midnight. Great icecream bars around too. A great stay. We will plan our next visits to Berlin around the availability of this place.

Gute Lage, netter Vermieter, für einen Kurzaufenthalt perfekt!

Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, da er alles gut organisiert und geplant hat. Er war immer zu erreichen und die Wohnung war übersichtlich gestaltet. Leichte Gebrauchsspuren waren vorzufinden. Die Lage der Wohnung war perfekt, gute Anbindung an Bus und Bahn. Vielzahl an Geschäften direkt vor der Haustür (Penny, Rewe, Dm).

Très bon séjour

Nous avons apprécié la propreté, le calme et la clarté de l'appartement et le fait qu'il soit tout équipé (linge de maison inclu). Le quartier était vraiment agréable, ambiance dynamique ( (diverses épiceries, et restaurants...). Merci à Thomas LAPPE pour son acceuil et ses conseils pour les visites. Bon plan au coeur de BERLIN.

Ruhig, aber in die Jahre gekommen

Ruhige Wohnung mit deutlichen Gebrauchsspuren. Bad und Betten i. O., Geschirrausstattung dürftig. Es fehlt vieles, und das vorhandene Geschirr ist offensichtlich weitgehend nicht für Geschirrspüler tauglich. Das Fernsehgerät wechselt ständig und freihändig die Lautstärke. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ÖPNV-Verbindungen gut.

Gemütliche zentralgelegende Wohnung

Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage in Berlin! Die Wohnung ist top gelegen. Mit dem Bus war man schnell im Zentrum und er fuhr so regelmäßig, dass man nie lange warten musste. Es gibt in der Nähe der Wohnung alles was man braucht : Supermarkt, Drogeriemarkt, Apotheke, Restaurants etc. Es befinden sich kostenlose Parkplätze in der Nähe, sodass auch eine Anreise mit dem Auto möglich ist. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und der Vermieter sehr freundlich. Ich würde die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Sehr angenehm

Die Wohnung ist für eine Besichtigung Berlins sehr gut geeignet. Mit Bus- und U-Bahn ist man schnell und regelmäßig unterwegs. Beide Optionen liegen in fußläufig erreichbarer Entfernung. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gaststätten. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig und in Ordnung. Der Vermieter gab uns praktische Tipps und war sehr hilfsbereit. Die FeWo kann man ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen.

Tolle gemütliche Wohnung, netter Kontakt

Sehr gemütliche Wohnung in typisch Berliner-Atmosphäre. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man bei einem Städtebesuch/Urlaub benötigt. Die große Couch ist sehr gemütlich und vor dem großen LED-TV möchte man gar nicht ins Bett, welches aber nicht weniger einladend ist. In unmittelbarer Umgebung finden sich die Bushaltestelle (mit dem TXL-Express gehts verdammt flott) sowie zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Alle kulinarischen Wünsche sollte man ebenso in direkter Nachbarschaft erfüllt bekommen.

Cómodo, limpio y centrico

El apartamento está bien situado, con el bus txl llegas enseguida a la estación central donde tienes todo tipo de transporte. Lo único malo es que había poco menaje y por obras no se podía salir al balcón. Thomas fue muy amable y servicial y el apartamento nos ha resultado limpio y acogedor para cuatro personas. Recomendable.

Schöner Kurzaufenthalt in gut eingerichteter und sehr günstig gelegener Wohnung

Positiv: Wohnung entspricht in allen Punkten der Beschreibung Haustechnik funktioniert (Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank, Fön, TV, Internet, ...) Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet (alles da, was man so erwartet und braucht) sehr günstige Lage zwischen Flughafen Tegel und Hauptbahnhof (Haltestelle TXL-Bus quasi vor der Haustür) Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe sehr freundliche und persönliche Abwicklung vor Ort durch Herrn Lappe Nicht ganz so positiv: Bauarbeiten an der hofseitigen Fassade ("Balkonsanierung" - laut Aushang noch bis August 2016 - Gerüst vor Fenster und Balkon, früh beginnende Arbeiten, kein Zugang zum Balkon möglich) Fazit: Wir würden wohl trotzdem wiederkommen ;-)

Ruhige, gut gelegene Unterkunft

Wohnung liegt zentral in der Nähe der Bushaltestelle, in direkter Nachbarschaft Bäcker, Rewe, DM, diverse Imbisse und Restaurants. Wohnung selbst War sauber und nett eingerichtet. Betten waren bequem. Küchenausstattung etwas mager, Kontakt und Abwicklung problemlos. Empfehlenswert!

Nette geräumige,familienfreundliche Wohnung mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen und guter Verkehrsanbindung

Wir haben eine saubere und geräumige Ferienwohnung vorgefunden. Die Übergabe war total unkompliziert durch einen Türcode. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Notwendigen für vier Personen ausgestattet. Das kostenlose W-Lan funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Betten waren echt gemütlich und auch das Schlafsofa war wirklich groß und bequem. (habe sonst Rückenprobleme in schlechten Betten) Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher waren auch sehr sauber (Hatte wegen schlechter Erfahrung in anderen Ferienwohnungen meine eigene Wäsche dabei konnte aber im Koffer bleiben ) Parken war meist direkt vor der Tür möglich. Gleich in der ersten Querstr. fährt die TXL- Buslinie Richtung Brandenburger Tor. Ca. 10 min in die andere Richtung gibt es eine U-Bahnstation wo man sich gut ein Tagesticket kaufen kann.(z.B. 5 Personen 17€ hat sich bei uns gut rentiert für alle U-und S-Bahnen und Straßenbahn- und Buslinien) In der Birkenstr. ca 15 min zu Fuß, ist ein toller Asiate mit Buffet-essen und etwas näher ist ein leckerer Grieche bei dem noch die Mama kocht(Tip von einem berliner Freund). Die Nudelbox gleich an der Ecke rechts, ist auch gut und ebenso der Döner ca 100m nach der linken Ecke. Dort gibt es auch einen Supermarkt der bis 24 Uhr aufhat. Wer Lust auf Secondhand hat, kann sehr gut in der Turmstr. gegenüber des Kaisersupermarkts in dem Resale-Kaufhaus über 2 Stockwerke stöbern.( ca 5 min zu Fuß). Unser Fazit, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, uns hat es richtig gut gefallen. (Wir waren insgesamt zu 4, mit unseren Kindern 16 und 19 Jahre )
