The hotel is very good and extremely well located. The room is spacious, the bathroom is excellent, and the breakfast is well served with a great variety of options. The reception staff are outstanding—always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, it did not receive a 5-star rating due to an issue at check-in. We had reserved a room for three people with an extra bed, but initially we were placed in a room without it. The room was changed, however the main bed was not a king-size bed, but rather two single beds pushed together, which did not fully match what had been reserved.

Everything about this hotel is fantastic! It's conveniently located, and the train station closest to the hotel is well connected to several lines, with many dining options in the area. Shopping is also just around the corner. If you plan to sign up for tours, the meeting points are just 2-minute walk from the hotel. The room is spacious with enough storage even for big luggage.

We stayed at on the Level floor. The breakfast is nothing special with the exception of eggs are freshly prepared. They only offer premium drinks (including wine) between the hours of 6-9pm!! This I thought was very limited and a little frustrating when I would return from an evening out at 9:15pm and have to buy wine downstairs in the main bar. Otherwise it was a nice hotel.

The shower push button didn't work and it wasn't possible to adjust the shower temperature. Absence of Bathrobe in the room. During the night, when the master lights are turned off, the sockets do not work and therefore it is not possible to charge your cell phone or anything else.
