This was a great location to stay in Berlin! Updated room with a nice kitchenette, and staff were on site if needed despite the self-check in, which was easy to use. Super convenient to get around the city from here, and lots within walking distance. The only thing I would say to those looking to stay here is that it was difficult to regulate the temperature, one minute it was freezing and the next we were sweating. Also be aware that the shower is open to the rest of the room and has no curtain, just a thin panel of glass, Something to be aware of if that would make you uncomfortable! Overall, lovely stay here and I would stay here again!

The room was clean, modern, and super comfy! The bed was one of the best hotel beds I’ve ever slept on and the shower pressure was great. They have a bunch of complimentary amenities like extra towels, toilet paper, and laundry machines to use whenever you need. The cafe downstairs is tasty too! Staff was very friendly, though it is more of a self-guided check in experience.

The room was really nice, bed super comfy and good location. Train station is just around the corner. Self check in was easy enough and staff in the cafe area are approachable and helpful. We would stay here again.

I absolutely loved my room! It was large, had a complete kitchenette, a shower with tremendous water pressure, and a hair dryer that was also powerful. The staff was very kind and helpful; I would definitely stay there again. Being very close to the Alexanderplatz train station was also a plus.

Great location just near Alexanderplatz and a short walk to the underground. The room was massive and immaculate, with a kitchen area and the bar and restaurant area were great. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Had a 4 night stay here last week and I have to say it was spot on. Handy location and easy access to everything in Berlin. Considering it's a self hotel it was still fab. The room was beautiful and clean. Handy location and easy access to everything in Berlin. Although my only negative point about the room was that the shower and sink was in the area as the bed and everything else. This may not be suitable for couples. (Which is why I've only given the room 4 stars). But apart from that absolutely fantastic. And I will be back. 😀

The restoom sink was high making it uncomfortable and the shower has no door,getting a draft when showering. We were charge $25 extra for early entry, even when the room was already available. No dresser to place clothing.

Having a free laundry room ,was great. Room itself coud have used a couple more hooks? No luggage rack. Also, the separate controls for A/C and heating were confusing and my initial night was chilly since housekeeping had left all the windows and patio door open while turning off the heat.

Room was spacious and good. But the only problem is there is no room service except for the second night - which is quite disappointing. We had to go find clean towels ourselves and the room phone doesn’t work. There is also no receptionist you can speak to. The parking they provided was also hard to locate the entrance. Google map will take you to a completely different place.
