The location was perfect and made it incredibly easy to explore Berlin. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed, and the facilities were excellent. Everything from check-in to check-out, was smooth and well organized, which made our stay completely stress-free. We would be delighted to stay with you again on our next visit and will gladly recommend your accommodation to others.

Check in was easy with digital codes sent to your phone our room was lovely, no aircon but a good fan for cooling. Our first night was with very noisy neighbours below until around 3am, however we contacted the team via what's app and from then all was peaceful and great would definitely stay again

Was a superb place to stay for our little city break. Great location, lovely room with crisp sheets and all we needed for a comfortable stay. Internet could be a little better but it’s not a problem. Thank you!

The bathroom was clean and functional. The bed was comfy. Although situated on main road, when windows were closed the room was not noisy with sound of traffic. Three stops on Tram to Alexanderplatz (central) so overall satisfied with hotel. Berlin has excellent public transport so getting around was very easy.

Room was exactly as described, great amenities provided with a good location. Only downside was not ventilation in the room so once someone showered it was like a sauna but that wasn’t too bad. Overall great stay

Nice clean room in a convenient location. However, it was warm so needed to keep the windows open (and didn't see the plug-in fan until the next morning). Note that this location is on a noisy tram line so it was very hard to sleep with the windows open! There is no staff at this location, which can be a plus or minus, just make sure to pay exact attention to how to key in the codes. I would not stay here again.

The location of the hotel was ideal, very close to a tram stop and around the corner from streets with lovely cafés and restaurants and a 24/7 shop for general supplies. I enjoyed a suite with a roof terrace, which was spotlessly clean, really spacious, calming and quiet, on the top floor. It was great to have a kitchenette so I could eat in if I wanted. I also liked the entry code system so I didn't have to make sure I didn't lose a key or key card! I would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was fabulous, checking in was very easy and we were able to contact staff for extra amenities. Only critique was the fully equipped kitchen did not have an oven or microwave which they should have specified in the listing.

Good location in clean and comfy place

We had a lovely time in Berlin and the location is perfect with parking nearby around the corner. Only thing we’d like is that they had some way to sort the garbage so that you don’t have to mix food with plastic waste etc.
