The AC wasn’t working and so the room was extremely hot. I opened a window but moving the curtains brought so much dust into the room and on my open luggage. And it didn’t make a difference in terms of heat. The housekeeping staff kept knocking my door before check-out. I still had 10 minutes left so there was no need to be this persistent. Better to give space and let guests wrap up before they have to leave.

Great location in the center of the city, next to the river and several beautiful neighborhoods. Front desk was very helpful and polite. But, room was not clean (dirt on the floor, dirt on the bed), 2 of the 3 elevators did not work, and the fitness center was out of order.

Loved having bikes there to rent/borrow to explore the city. Would've liked a helmet. So happy our room was ready early on check-in day. Nice to have comp coffee - could use take-out cups. Great location and great hotel.
