Room was clean and tidy, with basic items available as you would expect from the cost of the location. Staff were efficient however more information on check in, such as check out times etc, would’ve been helpful as it took a while before I spotted the in room QR code that provided this.

Decent for the price. Great location as can easily walk to places such as Checkpoint Charlie and Topography of Terror. Awkward if staying with someone as shower cubicle is exposed. Loved the lighting options in the room. Close to lidl and restaurants.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
We were given the incorrect room, which someone was staying in. When we went to resolve the situation we were met with an unapologetic employee who seemed to think it was our fault. Once in the correct room the stay was okay and everything was functional.

Please add the same number of seats as the number of passengers in the room. Also, it would be helpful to provide slippers in the bathroom so passengers can keep clean whenever they need to use it.
