Overall a nice hotel in a great location. The staff were helpful and the property was well maintained/clean. Only issue is that the lighting in the rooms is very dim. Combined with an all black/gray decor, the rooms get very dark.

The hotel is located next to Hackescher Markt which was fantastic. Access to the s bahn is very close as are the museums. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a good stay

Will at Hotel Zoe took great care of us. We stayed here July 12-14. Service was above and beyond. He helped us out with many things. Our last night, we lost a wallet in the street. 2 wonderful Berliners saw our room card, went to the hotel and waited 45 minutes until we came back. Will waited with them and helped to track us down. We were so thankful to be reunited with our property. We are incredibly grateful for the combined efforts and kindness of genuinely wonderful people.The hotel itself was fantastic too!

Great hotel for a city stay, rooms small but perfect for a base if you just need that. Modern, great showers, nice roof terrace too. Only gripe was the check in process with stupid machines that took far longer than it should do to check into a hotel. Whole thing watched over by a staff member doing nothing, would be easier for them to just do it and have the self check in as a backup.

Great access to public transportation and major sights and is centrally located. The decor is very dark and the lighting in the tools is very poor. Breakfast is good but expensive. Several options less than 5 minutes away at Kackensacker Market. Air conditioning not.bad for Europe and did manage the current heat wave. Overall OK 3 star mid priced property and is a bit overrated on the Expedia website.
