Excellent location in the heart of Berlin. Clean, modern room, comfortable beds. Bathtub height was unusually tall and stepping over and out of the shower onto the floor could be challenging or dangerous for many people, including older guests or people with mobility issues. Did not care for self- check in feature, but a kind staff person was right there to assist so it was not a problem

I stayed with my mother for 4 nights. It was a very pleasant stay . The location of the hotel is amazing. We walked everywhere. Also, we’re close to the metro station. The rooftop has the best views. We only got the breakfast for two days, but it was well worth the 19 euro price - definitely get the buffet. The rooms are small and VERY dark. The lightning in the rooms are not sufficient. You should only plan to sleep in your room not spend time. If that is what you are looking for then great. I think better suited for couples.
