Good heating during the winter. Staff were great and helpful. Also gave us extra towels when we asked. Room was clean and nice. Good location with bus stop right outside. Would go back again and recommend people going to see Berlin

Amazing stay.

We booked the hotel for 7 nights, the stay was amazing throughout. The level of attention to hygiene especially during these times was the highest and couldn't be better. Very tasty and big variety breakfast, well served and everything kept clean. The staff was professional and friendly and overall environment welcoming and warm.

Good location for a good price.

Location was great and the staff was friendly. The room was good enough. Nothing special. The one complaint is that the road noise was a little high for my room. If they had thicker noise reducing windows that would had been quite nice.

Great location

Would recommend this hotel, a little way out of the centre but good transport links. Bus 100 & 200 more or less outside the front door. About 10 minutes walk to the ‘broken church’. Comfy rooms, continental breakfast with some hot stuff too. Staff helpful & friendly.
