Excellent value for the single or busy traveler. Close to S-Bahn & U-Bahn stations, shops, & restaurants. Breakfast was delicious & fresh, mostly bread, meats & cheese. Rooms were well maintained & clean, with a small patio, with comfortable beds. Slightly small for US travelers, but still cozy.

Hotel doesn’t look great from outside but was clean, affordable, near a transit stop, and had great staff. I would stay there again, just unfortunate that from the outside it doesn’t look great. Was hesitant when we walked up but once we were through the doors it was great.

This is a great base for Berlin close to the Zoo. Modern, friendly interior, good value, great beds and our room faced the very quiet inner courtyard - we could sleep with an open window. They contribute profits to the Ernst Reuter Fund for democratic initiatives, which adds to the feel good factor. Didn't use breakfast but looked good standard. Helpful and friendly receptionist.

The room was generally clean, and housekeeping was provided daily. The shower was quite practical, and the bed was comfortable and adequate. However, I would suggest reconsidering staying here during the summer heat because there is no air conditioning in the room. ​Overall, I was satisfied with the service I received. Placed in a quiet area nearby Intercontinental hotel. Stayed during business trip and I like this spot in general. Though there were some noise, no sound proof at night due to some students but all staffs are kind.
