The hotel is easy to find and in a decent location. I was not a fan of the key. There was no access card, you had to open doors with a key. The bathroom had an open window at the top and anyone can see you naked, which I found very uncomfortable. The room was ok but no microwave and no amenities.

No elevator—we were on the 4th floor. No air-conditioning. The room needed updating. The nice lounge is locked at 8:00 PM and you have to enter through a dirty alley. I needed assistance after we left (a local ATM withdrew funds from my account after I declined the transaction). I sent several messages requesting they take a photo of the ATM (a block down the street), so I could get the ATM’s ID # to help me deal with my bank and possibly file charges, but they ignored my requests. The hotel’s location is awesome, and their parking option was very affordable. The staff was friendly in person, just not there when I needed them most.
