A hostel is better manage and cleaned. We stayed for 4 nights . There is obvious dirt at the reception floor and in the staircase which never been vacuumed for 2 days. 1 of the male staff at the reception is very rude

As we stayed here during the recent heatwave it would have been good to have A/C but unfortunately it did not. The rooms are very hot and it got worse they higher floor you are on. Breakfast buffet has a reasonable selection and the hotel is otherwise perfectly adequate for a short stay. Good location if you are going to an event at the Olympic Stadium.

Unfortunately we didn't have breakfast included, but it seems like very good. But we drunk coffee from their restaurant. All was pleasant, we recommend this hotel. I stayed with family for 5 nights.

I paid for an IHG hotel and got a Hostel. I guess I’m expecting a certain standard, reinforced by the price. For a few more dollars I could have stayed at the JW. I should have. Don’t get me wrong, the place is OK, for a hostel. Staff was great, breakfast good, and as clean as you would expect for a hostel. If you want to stay at a hostel, this place is great. If you are looking for a hotel up to par with “western” standards, this is not it.

The hotel was nice and clean. However, there were teenagers drinking outside til 3-4am and the soundproof was quite bad in the room. I'm not sure if it was the cleaning staffs or customers, but it was really noisy with furniture dragging from 9am, too.

Rooms are spotlessly clean a good size the only downside is the bed is two singles put together but the separate when you turn over during night and then you nearly fall between them that's the only criticism the staff are friendly helpful couldn't do anymore for you really breakfast is probably what they would eat here in Germany decent continental .

Stayed here the 17-19th of june .. cane for the linkin park concert and the hotel blew me away .. great Space ... very clean and got a room service while i was away out enjoying berlin 😎 ... the staff was great young girl was there to check me in she was great .. well spoken polite with charm and very well presented

Really nice hotel in a very calm neighbourhood and nice service minded personel. Would give 5 stars if there was AC in the rooms but there's only a fan. So not for the hottest days but really good otherwise.

Ich habe 2 Nächte im Hotel übernachtet. Das Einzelzimmer war ausreichend groß und auch neuwertig. Wenn man eigentlich wert legt auf eine sehr ruhige Lage und 15 min. Fußweg zur S-Bahn ist das eine sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft für einen Besuch der Stadt. Die Gegend ist auch nachts sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war auch gut. Jedoch gibt es 2 Dinge zu beachten: Da es keine Klimaanlage gibt, musste ich bei der Hitze das Fenster offen lassen und wurde an beiden Tagen sehr früh durch laute Gespräche im Innenhof geweckt. Auch gibt es kein Fliegengitter, so dass ich nachts Stechmücken im Zimmer hatte. Bei meinem Zimmer gab es zusätzlich noch ein technisches Problem, welches leider meinen Eindruck der Unterkunft stark getrübt hat: Aus der Dusche kam fast kein Wasser und das auch noch entweder extrem heiß oder komplett kalt. Der Zulauf zur Dusche ist nicht fachmännisch verlegt und daher war die Zuleitung bereits beim Einbau gequetscht. Ich habe dies an der Rezeption bemängelt, aber das wurde nur zur Kenntnis genommen, mit dem Hinweis, dass sich das jemand ansehen wird. Ich fand es sehr schade, dass das Hotel hier keinerlei Entgegenkommen zeigte.

Under den rådande värmeböljan var det guld värt att ha kylskåp och balkong. Rummet var rent och fräscht (att det inte blev högsta betyg beror på att bordet på balkongen behövde torkas av) och frukosten var riklig. Jag är mycket nöjd!
