The hotel was very convenient for public transportation. The interior hallways on my floor were scuffed and the carpet just looked old. There must be a hospital nearby as we had a street facing room which was VERY loud & constant sirens going by. (Not a problem for us because one is hard of hearing & the other had noise cancelling headphones). The front desk did warn us of the noise beforehand & did offer a different room…. so not a complaint just a confirmation that it will be loud.

Staffs were friendly, the amenities were a little bit old but worthy for the price we have paid. Moreover, the location was so good that we could come to every tourist attractions within 15 minutes and the main station in 2 minutes. A backdrawn was the noise that we had to deal with every night, quite loud and continous.

Great choice close to station

Good value hotel, walking distance from Hauptbahnhof, in a quiet area. The Berlin Natural History Museum is directly opposite and is really interesting

The room was definitely not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. The room was small facing the street - you could barely open a window because of the traffic and the Tram (making noises even during the night). The hotel looked overall a little run down - the carpets were dirty the wallpaper had stains… And the staff wasn’t very friendly or helpful either. I would definitely NOT book this hotel again!
