The room was huge...by far the largest of all my trip throughout Europe and UK this time around (trip included Berlin, Amsterdam, London, and Edinburgh)...and this was the most affordable hotel of my stay! It's almost like an Airbnb studio...small kitchenette, nice balcony, daily cleaning service, nice staff... breakfast not included, so did not try.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Zarenhof. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the staff were super helpful and friendly. The location is awesome with shops, bars and restaurants close by and trams 1, 10 and 12 and U Bahn line 2 right outside. The apartments may be a little old and tired but that didn't detract from a super stay.

Good location, near to coffee shops and bars. Well situated for transport into town. Very helpful staff. Nice and quiet as it was set back from the road. We appreciated the balcony. Accommodation was clean and suited our needs.
