Great hotel in the perfect location near the central station and steps away from the Spree, the Reichstag and the museums. We enjoyed using the hotel bikes to tour Berlin’s gardens and sights. The room was spacious, clean and quiet - with impressive double glazing. Delicious breakfast with many options.

Minimal staff but good. Zaira in the front desk was courteous, professional, and very helpful to a travel-weary guest. Very close to the train station, and that was a boon. Would appreciate a couple more amenities in the bathroom. Recommend this place and will certainly stay there again.

We booked this hotel since it was the only one we found close to the station that was a room for two, but with single beds. When we ended up there … our room was not that. And the first employee to help us just shrugged his shoulders. The second one helped us. So, hence the grade on that. Other than that it was a nice enough hotel. We did not have breakfast.

Need to know that while showering do to lack of a privacy door and large wall mirrors other people in the room can see you in the shower while sitting, lying on the bed via the mirrors. I would say not idea unless travelling with your spouse or companion
