Comfort in Berlin

The Hotel was centrally located to eating & shopping. We stayed in a handicapped room and it was great. The staff all were so helpful to our needs. Very clean rooms and facilties.

An excellent hotel, amazing breakfast each day. Very clean and modern with an excellent location. My only complaint was the mattress was so so hard. It was the same in another adjoining room. The mattress is likely to be a personal thing, but was very uncomfortable for me and this was a poor night sleep. Ither than this I would stay again.

Good tourist/biz hotel along American lines

Two nights on Business in Berlin. Allowed an early check in. Good size rooms for price and very comfortable. Was noise from the trams and police cars late evening early morning but otherwise nice neighbourhood a short walk from Alexander Platz

Great location. 5 minute walk into alexanderplatz or can jump on the tram right outside the hotel. There is a stand in the reception where you can buy bus tours, etc and the lady there was so helpful! Staff were all really helpful and attentive. We had an issue with our sink and it was resolved by the time we got back in the afternoon. Breakfast was also lovely. Cannot fault this hotel at all.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent – just a short walk from Alexanderplatz, which makes it easy to reach many of Berlin’s main tourist attractions on foot. There is also a direct train connection to the airport, which was convenient. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist when needed. Our room was clean, modern, and a comfortable size. There were, however, a few minor inconveniences. The in-room phone wasn’t working during our stay, and the door lock was a bit stiff and tricky to manage. The hotel also didn’t provide bottled water in the room – I’m not sure if this is standard practice in Berlin or just specific to the hotel, but it would have been a nice touch. Overall, though, these were relatively small issues compared to the positives, and we enjoyed our time here.
