Great place!

Great big apartment, good location next to lots of bus stops and 2 grocery stores, cafes, 20 mins walk to central station. Coffee maker was broken when we got there and katja brought us a new one within 2 hours, fantastic! Only down sides were carrying suitcases up to 3rd floor and the living room bed is very thin and feel springs when you sit. Could be loud some nights as stairs are very echoing. Maybe a fan for the hot summer nights would be good for future guests, and a microwave in the kitchen. Easy check in/out, good communication with property hosts. Had a great 2 week stay. Would definitely book again. Danke!

Nur eingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen

Die Fewo entsprach nicht ganz der Beschreibung. Das Hausflur war schmutzig und roch nach Urin. Die Möbel in der Fewo waren ziemlich alt; der Wohnungsschlüssel klemmte und man brauchte lange um die Tür zu öffnen. Man konnte die Fenster nicht richtig abdunkeln, obwohl man mir das vorher zugesagt hat. Der Holzboden im WZ ist abgesplittert (Verletzungsgefahr)

Zum Übernachten ausreichend

Wenn man die Wohnung ausschließlich zum Übernachten nutzen möchte, ist sie ausreichend. Für ein gemütliches Zusammensitzen lädt sie allerdings nicht ein. Die Wohnung ist sporadisch ausgestattet, nur oberflächlich gereinigt, die sanitären Anlagen sind in die Jahre gekommen und die Fenster halten die lauten Geräusche der Straße in keinster Weise ab. Mit den Busverbindungen in unmittelbarer Nähe kommt man schnell zur nächsten U-Bahn und zum Bahnhof.
