Immaculately clean, great location

Absolutely immaculately clean room,l and bathrooms/ showers were well kept and clean at all times (4 day stay). Staff were so friendly and welcoming at any time of day (24hr) and it's great you need a key card to acess the lifts to the rooms from a safety point of view. The only downsides for me were no mirrors in the room and no access to a cooking or tea making area (though it's described on the website). Having Aldi next door was amazing, but there were no microwave or utensils/ cups to use so you need to rely on eating out or takeaway you can eat without cutlery. We would definitely stay again!

Has potential, modern, noisy, unclean.

The neighborhood is a little run down. About 20-30 minutes bus, subway, or train to downtown. Bus nearby, others not so much. Emergency sirens go by all day and night, so it was very noisy. The room was clean enough, spacious, great roomy large locker for all your stuff. Electric outlets near lower bunks only. No privacy curtains on bunks. No small lights at bunks Or electrical outlet. Kitchen was okay until weekend, when it got trashed by guests -really ignorant slobs— and stayed that way at least til I left Monday. The elevator also went down, and there was a notice that water would be unavailable for a few hours. Staff super friendly and tried to help, they offered service elevator if you had luggage. Most rooms on 4 or 5 floor. No air conditioning. No blackout curtains. Facilities look new and modern but they need to sort out issues. Towel included nice.

My family of 4 (two adults, two teens) rented a private family room with a private bathroom. The room was very clean and minimalistic. The hostel is in a great location--a short walk to nearby subway and above-ground train stations and adjacent to neighborhoods with lots of good restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The beds are surprisingly comfortable. You really cannot beat the price for what you get!

They’re fairly new so there’s some kinks that need working out (elevator doesn’t work, lots of ongoing maintenance) but overall a really lovely place to stay!

Quartos amplos, limpos e com camas extremamente macias e confortáveis. O banheiro compartilhado é muito limpo, espaçoso e com muitos chuveiros e pias. O atendimento foi sensacional, todos os recepcionistas são muito simpáticos e prestativos e o café da recepção é confortável e com um capuccino incrível! Hostel excelente!

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Der Spinnt klemmte und ein Kollege hat sich das sofort angenommen. Auch als es einige Gäste mitten in der Nacht sehr laut auf dem Flur unterwegs waren, haben sich die Mitarbeiter sofort darum gekümmert.

Good enough

It would have been an excellent hostel stay, but there is no electricity outlet next to the upper-bunk beds. Spacious clean room, nice beds, excellent linen. Towel at no extra cost.
