Very friendly staff, easy to reach via S9 straight from airport, tasty and fresh breakfast. The location is excellent with good shopping and restaurants nearby, but also more "traditional Berlin" is within walking distance. Stayed twice and will return.

Great location, easy access to subway lines and a taxi stop right in front of hotel. The property has character, good conveniences. A covered swimming pool is a plus, together with the sauna area which is in need of urgent refurbishment. Bathroom amenities could be better - just an all in one body/shampoo/conditioner product is never the best option for hair and skin, in my opinion... It is a big hotel, but you get a good feeling. Breakfast is good but a little confusing in peak hours. I would stay there again depending on a cost-benefit analysis.
