    Komfort mit Hindernissen

    Die Wohnung "Kreuzberg" ist modern und hochwertig saniert, auch die Betten sehr angenehm.Jedoch der ganze Prozess des Online-Buchens bis hin zum Ankommen in der richtigen Wohnung war für uns sehr, sehr aufwendig. Ein Smartphone ist normalerweise zum Reinkommen notwendig, aber es geht auch mit Codeziffern zum Drücken an der Haus- und Wohnungstür, die man jedoch deutlich anfordern muss. Bei uns war durch ein Versehen die zugewiesene Wohnung bereits belegt, als wir hineingingen, das WLAN funktionierte dort nicht. Durch Anrufen wurde uns geholfen, die Nebenwohnung war zum Glück noch frei, WLAN wurde ermöglicht.Folgende kleine Schäden fanden wir vor: außergewöhnlich großer Abstand von Wohnungstür und Zarge an der Schlossseite. Badtür: Madenschraube zur Befestigung des inneren Drückers ist lose, daher löste sich der Griff (außerdem fehlt das runde Drückerschild innen). Küche: vom Brandmelder ist nur noch die Basis zu sehen. Eine Teekanne wäre praktisch gewesen (Kaffeekanne vorhanden).Insgesamt könnten wir uns vorstellen, wieder hier zu buchen, da wir nun wissen, wie es geht. Drinnen haben wir uns 3 Nächte und Tage sehr wohl gefühlt!
