Clean, comfortable, quiet apartment with comfy beds. Good kitchen facilities and good size bathroom. Great location for the event we were attending, Punk and Disorderly Festival. Plenty of bars and cafes in the area.

First time staying but would definitely stay again. Easy to book and check-in on line. Access codes received on day of arrival and worked perfectly. Felt safe walking around at all hours. Nearest S/U Bahn is a comfortable 10 minute walk. Loads of places to eat in close proximity. The only thing that could improve it would be a safe in the room.

Overall, Homaris Boxi Studios is a good stay. PROS: - Clean room - Quite comfy bedding - Clean and functional kitchen in the room - Opening windows for fresh air - Private bathroom and a nice hot shower - Easy check-in and checkout - Guest access only to Luggage storeroom - Close to the metro station (U5 - Frankfurter Tor) - Bars and restaurants on the street CONS (for room 14): - Leaking shower head - Mildew growth around shower pan - Mold smell coming from bathroom. If not for the shower issues, I would stay in that room again :)

This was a great stay in Germany. The only thing we didn’t care for was the parking. It’s street parking in a very busy area. We always kicked out but could see it being an issue

Clean, modern, and reasonably priced. Fantastic location near a lot of great bars and restaurants. Multiple convenient public transit options. Remote support agents are VERY responsive. If I had to find something to complain about, the water temperature in the shower fluctuated hot and cold quite a bit, but that's hardly a deal breaker. I would definitely stay here again.

Checkin was simple, with email sent with code the day before. Was easy to get to from the airport and for going to out conference. Local restaurants were also great and good value. If travelling to Berlin again I would certainly look at booking here.
