We were told by the check in staff that our room is included breakfast when we check in in the evening. Then, we went to the hotel for breakfast, we were told that our room was not including breakfast, we need to pay 20 something Euro. Then, we did not go in the hotel restaurant for breakfast. I just submit the review, one of the representative reply my survey that my room is included the breakfast. Now, what should I do?

Great location. Just a few minutes away from train station. It took us around 25 minutes to get to airport by train. Room clean. Breakfast delicious, has many food options. Service was excellent. I would definitely recommend to stay in this hotel.

Fabulous hotel, great location, very close to Potzdam Platz station. A short walk to the Brandenburg Gate and several museums as well as the beautiful Tiergarten Park. Staff were extremely helpful. Only downside was that breakfast in the hotel was very expensive, so we didn’t have it. This was not a problem as there were several lovely cafes within a couple of minutes walk, where we had a great breakfast for much less than half the price. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel

I paid for a good room and asked for early check in but when I arrived after a 24 hour trip, they told me I needed to wait 6 hours. I then asked to be downgraded to a cheaper room and refund the difference, given it would be available right away. They downgraded me but didn't refund the difference. Very upset with this experience.
