Clean and spacious hotel room with modern, well-equipped kitchenette. Large tiled bathroom with rain shower head & heated towel rack . Courtyard view. Blackout drapes. Comfortable bed and quality linens. Excellent staff; very welcoming and helpful. Excellent location; near train station on the central route. Immediate area has a wide range of dining options and a great vibe. Hotel has breakfast options though we didn’t use it or the onsite bar. Would highly recommend this “apartment-style” hotel room for short or long term stays. Hope to be back again.

Hotel isn't as good as it was when we last visited: - Sofa was done in and the cushions really needed replaced. - Airconditioning/heating in the livingroom didn't work properly; to start with it didn't function at all, after reporting it it still did crazy scrolling through settings on its own but at least seemed to cool the room. - its pretty random when they open the bar; meant to be all but Sunday i think but they didn't open Saturday. Not that you'd use it as it's lost all personality and was dead. - Housekeeping is meant to be every 3 days but they didn't for 5 until we chased them up. then they came early and left us with about twice as many towels as we should have had; every surface stacked with them. The area itself is still a great base and the restaurants/bars/transport plentiful plus a good couple of supermarkets nearby.

Good location but better ones exist closer to the famous attractions . Room cleaning every 3rd day but you can ask for more. Still a decent hotel and great restaurant and market nearby

Really nice room with the kitchenette. The room was super clean and well stocked. The motel location is absolutely perfect for a visit to Berlin, especially if you are not bringing a car, as it is right off the subway exit. Everything you could possibly need is right next-door. There is a grocery store, and more restaurants than you could possibly visit within an easy walk.

My husband and I have stayed @ this Adina multiple times.Unfortunately this time we had to cancel our stay.However my daughter, son-in-law and 2 almost adult children travelled to Berlin and kept in constant contact and sent us so many positive observations which I have noted above! We enjoyed the stay. The Apartment hotel is close to the transportation with supermarket and restaurants nearby. The only disappointment was that we had to move from a one bed room apartment to a studio for the third and fourth day of our stay bc of the problems in their water system l, though they refund us the difference. Other than that, we were happy with our stay!

Rooms were apartments with one bedroom of twin beds/one bath or two bedrooms with queen beds and 2 baths. Pull out couch in 2 bedroom and extra cot in one bedroom. Loved washer/dryer but needed guidance for machine selections. Hotel was located by 2 train stations, grocery store and drug store. Very convenient! Pricey but very nice accommodations.
