Okay stay

Location is good. Overall check in was a bit hard. We got in and the apartment is fine. It was perfect for us 5 guests (2 couples, 1 single). It wasn't the cleanest, towels were old, and the shower wasn't great. None of this affected our stay, we enjoyed Berlin and the location the most. Beds were comfortable and nice to have washer/dryer. But bring your own detergent if you plan to use it.

Nice place but that’s it

Check in process was not great. In the app the check in process didn’t list the code to enter the building, also had a picture of the wrong door. The space was nice, but there were no towels. Called the owner who at first said we were wrong, but he ended up delivering towels that smelled like a wet dog and way over used. Additionally there was one on my wife and my bed. The shower was defective due to the bracket not holding the shower head. If you turned on the shower without holding it would shoot towards the ceiling. In the checkout portion of the app there were no instructions. Finally we asked to check out at noon instead of 11 and the owner declined. This experience would make me never want to use this VRBO again.

Warnung! Unterkunft unhygienisch und Preisgestaltung fragwürdigDie Wohnung war schmutzig, laut und baulich teils gefährlich, mit fehlender Ausstattung und üblem Geruch. Preisgestaltung intransparent, Endreinigung unzulässig berechnet, Service bei Stornierung mangelhaft. Dringend von einer Buchung abzuraten.Wir haben für 4 Nächte (1.458,07 inkl. Reinigung und Gebühren) gebucht und nach Teilstornierung 3 Nächte genutzt (1.238,07 ). Dabei wurden intransparent unterschiedliche Nachtraten berechnet, obwohl ein Pauschalpreis vereinbart war. Die Wohnung befand sich in einem absolut unzumutbaren Zustand: Schimmel im Bad, verdreckte Teppiche, Wände und Matratzen, muffige Kissen, schmuddelige Oberflächen, lose Steckdosen und übler Geruch im Hausflur. Der Kühlschrank war vereist und schmutzig, die Küchenausstattung minimal, Fugenmasse löste sich und stellte eine Verletzungsgefahr dar. Türen und Böden knarrten, die Wohnung war extrem hellhörig, Handtücher rochen stark und wirkten teils wie Putztücher. Smart-TV und Shampoo fehlten, WLAN gab es nur auf Nachfrage. Zusätzlich gab es eine unangekündigte Baustelle im Haus. Die verpflichtend berechnete Endreinigung ist gesetzlich unzulässig, Rückerstattungen bei Stornierungen viel zu gering, und der Service von FeWo-direkt war unkooperativ.Fazit: Hygienisch und baulich inakzeptabel, Preisgestaltung unseriös, Abwicklung enttäuschend. Von einer Buchung ist dringend abzuraten.

Tolle Lage, Wohnung könnte besser sein

Wir waren zu dritt, das war für die Wohnung ok. Zu fünft wäre es mir zu eng. Es fehlt leider eine bessere Beschreibung der Wohnung. Man soll zwar den Müll wegbringen, aber man weiss nicht wohin (Separate Tür am Gehweg, war etwas ekelig). Es soll ein WLAN geben, aber es gibt keine Zugangsdaten. Der Gastgeber hat aber auf alle Fragen schnell geantwortet. Es könnte etwas sauberer sein, in den Ecken haben wir erst mal den Staub eingesammelt. Wie so oft fehlten überall Haken oder Stangen für Handtücher. Pro Person gab es zwei Handtücher, für die Küche leider weder Handtücher noch einen Spüllappen oder Bürste. In den Zimmern fehlen Stühle, um die Kleidung abzulegen, Platz wäre vorhanden. Es ist schade, dass die Wohnung nicht besser gepflegt wird: die Türen schleifen auf dem Laminat, zwei obere Fenster waren ausgehängt, Fliesen zerbrochen, die Spülmaschine war defekt. Letzteres war egal, da es nur Geschirr für eine Mahlzeit gab. Das WLAN was auch mehrmals ausgefallen. Aber die Lage war für uns so gut, dass wir wieder kommen würden.

Zentraler Aufenthalt

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr Zentral, die Zimmer waren geräumig und die Aussicht aufs Wasser war auch schön. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet und es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine. Wer keinen Luxus erwartet und über die ein oder andere Lose Fließe hinwegsehen kann, der ist hier richtig. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und haben uns Wohlgefühlt.
