A 200-square-meter loft on the Spree in Berlin!

Feel as free in a 200m² loft apartment as is only possible in Berlin!
The loft is located directly on the Spree river and is very spacious with 3.6m high ceilings.
The apartment has plenty of space, offering a large living room with an open kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

A particular highlight is the large table for up to 16 people and the beautiful view of the river on the south side.

The loft consists of:
1 large 120m² living room with an open kitchen, dining area and plenty of space to relax.
Furthermore, there are 2 large bedrooms that offer plenty of space, light and coziness for a retreat.
Another large room is a youth and children's room.
There are also two separate toilets with two showers.

There is plenty of space in the loft.

Up to 16 people can be seated on 2 tables with a length of 4 to 6 meters.

The first bedroom would contain 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed.
The second bedroom would be equipped in the same way.
These 2 bedrooms can accommodate 8 people.

The third bedroom would have 8 beds, which would be more suitable for teenagers.
There are 4 more sleeping places in the living room, on 2 sofa beds.
Thus, the loft would have a maximum of 20 sleeping places.

Please note:

Please read the loft's rules before booking.
For bookings of only one night, we reserve the right to charge a surcharge of 15%, which may be incurred to cover the additional effort and potential vacancies due to short stays.
Therefore, if you are booking for only one night, please send us an inquiry first so that we can inform you whether the surcharge applies to you.

Even for planned parties with a sound system or additional guests, prior consultation is necessary, as additional fees may apply for extra guests. We reserve the right to refuse approval for parties if more people than booked attend, or if very young people are present.
In any case, the loft must be left in the same condition as you found it.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven. Dishes, cutlery, and other kitchen equipment are provided in sufficient quantities. Should you require anything, please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can accommodate your needs.
There are also two espresso machines (large and small) and a Nespresso capsule machine.

The loft will be professionally cleaned before your arrival. We also conduct a quality check and inspect every detail to ensure your comfort.
With such a large and labyrinthine loft, it's possible to overlook a corner. So if you find anything you don't like, please let us know so we can fix it quickly and ensure everything meets your complete satisfaction.

The same building houses an artist residency with regular house concerts, jam sessions, exhibitions, and much more. This puts Berlin's creative scene right on your doorstep. You are warmly invited to drop by the events or relax with a cocktail by the Spree in the evening.

Please note that in Berlin, a 5% Berlin City Tax must also be paid.
This must be paid in cash upon arrival.
Additional fees may apply in the case of:
1 night booking
For additional guests who come to visit.
At a party
In animals
Services such as an additional baby cot, barbecue or boat trip.

Please note that the loft should be left in the same condition as you found it. Trash should not be left lying around. If anything in the loft is not as it should be, please contact me immediately. We will be there in 3 minutes.
