Passing through Bergamo

We were just looking for a place to stop for one night, as we were passing through north Italy on our way to Croatia. There had been a problem with charging the card, and the booking was cancelled in their end. Anyway, the gave us two rooms for the price of one (we were a family of five travelling together), and were friendly and helpful. The hotel offers no designated parking space, so you must fin a public parking spot nearby. Can be tricky in daytime - Italians fight like cat and dogs over parking spaces :) But we got a good night sleep in an air conditioned room with kitchen and bathroom.

Comfortable but small things disappoint

Large comfortable room but the 5pm book in time is ridiculous. The website suggests that wifi is included but you have to pay for it. It is very deceiving. We stayed only the 1 night and did not need a dishwasher but it there was not even a tea towel or some detergent to wash some plates/glasses etc as per other apartments.

Great spot for families

Although the hotel is a bit on the older side, it had all the necessary amenities and was in a great location. It was close to Haut Koenigsburg and the routes des vins. Our family of three stayed there comfortably.

Nice apartment easy walk to Bergheim

Big room for the money - we ended up with a two-bedroom suite with kitchenette, dining room table, living room, and balcony overlooking vineyards, for a little more than the price of a competing standard hotel room. A 5-minute walk from Bergheim old town, well located against expansive vineyards. Located right next to the Route du Vin. Bergeim is a beautiful medieval walled village with restaurants, cafes, and ancient buildings. Great for families or those wanting more space.

Intend to stay again

Excellent location for visiting the area. The Reception staff were extremely helpful to an ignorant non-French speaking English family! We had no criticisms at all & intend to return to the same apartments to explore the area further

Très déçu de cet établissement 3 étoiles…nous sommes arrivés à 4 2 adultes et 2 enfants pour 2 nuits. Le linge de lit posé sur les lits, donc lit à faire. Matelas de mauvaise qualité de même que les oreillers. Pas de savon dans la salle de bain avec une arrivée un jour férié…j’ai demandé à la réception qui m’a dit au départ, on en à pas et j’ai finalement eu un misérable petit savon pour 4. La propreté moyenne quand on tire le lit gigogne pour les enfants, les toiles d’araignées viennent avec. Et le balcon et les chaises en ont aussi…passez donc votre chemin et allez plutôt à l’odalys de Colmar rien à voir. Le seul avantage de cet établissement est son emplacement…

parfait pour une ou deux nuits

Residence tres bien situee, bien entretenue et proche de tout. L’appartement etait bien pour une ou deux nuits nous n’y serions pas restés une semaine. Les lits sont beaucouo trop petits en longueur ( je mesure 1,67m et sur le ventre mes pieds depassaient), la residence en été est assez sonore car les gens sont sur le balcon tard et avec la fenetre de la chambre ouverte on a du mal a s’endormir. ( les gens parlaient normalement dans excès). Ou sinon je recommande certainement pour une ou deux nuits
