Stay right by the fjord, just 10 meters from the sea, with stunning sea views and your own private dock. The spacious sea residence has large living areas, terraces and plenty of space for families and groups. Enjoy sea life, nature, spectacular sunsets and evenings by the gas fireplace. On clear winter evenings, you can be lucky and experience the Northern Lights over the sea. Peaceful and quiet, but at the same time close to Bergen city center and Bergen Airport Flesland. The accommodation is spacious and perfect for families, groups of friends and extended stays, with stunning views towards the sea and the fjord.

The house has two separate living rooms -- one on each floor -- and three large double bedrooms. The master bedroom on the first floor has its own private bathroom with all amenities. On the same floor there is also a separate guest bathroom, while the lower floor has a bathroom with shower and sink and a separate toilet.

Both living rooms have large sliding doors with direct access to spacious terraces and sea views.

On the first floor you will find a large, social open plan with kitchen, dining and relaxation area, as well as a separate TV nook. This is the house's natural focal point for cooking, meals and enjoyable evenings together.

The living room on the ground floor has its own dining area, large TV and comfortable sofa group — perfect when parts of the family or group want a little more privacy.

Both living rooms have Bose audio systems with Wi-Fi connectivity.

The combination of large social areas, several bathrooms, separate living areas, terraces and the proximity to the sea makes the accommodation particularly suitable for families and groups who want plenty of space and a private base during their stay in Bergen.

You can use the whole house except for locked technical rooms.

This is my private residence and I want you to feel at home and enjoy the house, the terraces and the waterfront area throughout your stay.

The property is located right down to the sea with its own private dock. Children must therefore always be supervised when staying by the sea and on the pier.

The house runs over several floors and has interior stairs. The entire residence and outdoor areas are accessible to guests, with the exception of some locked private and technical rooms.

Free parking is available at the property. Practical information about Wi-Fi, TV, audio system and other technical equipment can be found in the house upon arrival.
