Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
I didn’t get to stay in this property because the owner cancelled my reservation the day I was arriving. I had booked the property in February and had paid in full. It wasn’t until I contacted the host asking for access instructions on the day of my arrival that he notified me that my booking was cancelled and then refunded my payment. This is unacceptable and as a vacation rental host myself, I would never do this to anyone.
