Brilliant place to stay to avoid having to take the car into Bergen centre. Parking at the hostel was easy, right outside with plenty of space. The private room with en-suite was spotless, and we were provided with sheets to makeup the beds when we arrived, so didn’t have to use our own which was great. Breakfast was delicious, I appreciated all the gluten free bread and crackers and everything being clearly labelled for dietary needs. Easy bus into Bergen centre. Staff were great. Would stay again!

A really good hostel just outside the main city of Bergen but a short walk away to bus transport and also a small Bunnpris shop for food items, etc. Was perfect for my weekend in the area, especially with even being close to the Ulriken mountain tram/path to the summit - staff were helpful with check in/out, plus the shared female dorm room I stayed in was comfortable and with a good toilet/shower room and bunkbeds. And of course the free breakfast was perfect to have too in starting my day and also shared kitchen with fridges to store food, etc!

This hostel is excellent! There are multiple spaces for socializing or relaxing outside of the dorm room. The breakfast was a full spread with lots of options - and a beautiful view of Bergen! They had an activity of some sort every day - like coffee and cookies in the evening. I wasn't around to take advantage of it, but it was nice to have the option. I loved the location. It was a climb up from the downtown area, but it allowed for a beautiful view, and quick access to Mount Ulriken trail. It was also great to have free parking as I rented a car for a few days.
