Our house is located in Bergen im Chiemgau on the edge of the Schellenberg (traffic-calmed zone), yet in a central location. It’s a 5-minute walk to the village square and 5 minutes to the swimming pool. We have two individually furnished, very spacious vacation apartments on the first floor of our private home, each with a separate entrance. Parking spaces are available in front of the house, and there’s a seating area by the pond in the garden. Each apartment has satellite TV. Grocery service: Your vacation should begin even before you arrive. If you send us a shopping list of what you’d like to find in the fridge on your first evening, we’ll do the shopping for you.
The apartment (48 square meters) is located on the first floor of the main house and features a living room, bedroom, separate kitchen, and shower/toilet. From the balcony (southwest-facing), you have an unobstructed view of our local mountain, the Hochfelln. The west side can be protected from excessive sun by a large awning. Parking is available in front of the house on our property. Wi-Fi included. Barbecue area in the garden. Washing machine and dryer available for a fee. Living room: 4-person sofa set, 2-person sleeper sofa, sideboard, LCD TV (satellite). Bedroom: Double bed (180x200 cm) with a split reversible mattress offering two firmness levels, 2-door wardrobe. Bedding included. Kitchen: Built-in kitchen with 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and corner bench. Balcony: South-west-facing mountain view with seating for 2 people and a sun awning. Shower with toilet: Towels and hair dryer included.
