Citybox was doing some slight renovation when I stayed. The room was clean and nice. Bathroom very spacious. Good pizza around the corner, good Thai food across and a nice cafe not far from the location.

This was a pleasant surprise, first time at Citybox, and everything was simple and straight forward. Great communication on all steps of the process, booking to check out. All self serve process, couldn’t have been easier. Able to store luggage after check out, and cafe adjoined to the place. It was great!

The location was very good-a short walk to the train staion and museums. The room was clean but small and very basic-there wasn't even a chair. Check in was automated and somewhat confusing, although the automated checkout was very convenient.

This place has a good location. Not far away from the attractions. However, the bathroom is a big concern. After showering, the water splashed almost the entire bathroom floor and made it slippery. Also, there seems to be no ventilation to dry the bathroom. Hope the bathroom can be improved.

Room was small but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Comforter was very nice. No coffee in the room. One had to pay for coffee in the reception office. Mostly self service for everything.
