The location is excellent. The self-service was a bit concerning, especially as there were issues when we first tried to check in, but everything worked out. The room was very comfortable with supportive but soft beds and a nice shower. Overall a lovely stay.

Really liked the quick check in. Room was clean and spacious with great shower. Had a lift in addition to stairs. The family room we had looked out into a court yard so not a great view but we were out most of the time. In the summer is really doesn't get dark at all. Would definitely go back.

This is basic accommodation and managed largely by an AI interface which worked ok. The room faced the road and the street noise, even with windows locked down was disruptive. If you stay, take ear plugs!

Great value for money. Check-in was easy, as was check-out - the machine talks you through everything. Location is really close to the main tourist areas, like the harbour, and surrounded by grocery shops and bakeries for a quick bite. Room and bathroom was clean, and bigger than we were expecting considering we booked a ‘small’ room. The temperature gauge was a bit tricky to understand at first but we had a comfortable night’s sleep and couldn’t find any faults.
