Antonio was really nice and willing to help, we appreciate this. However, the description said “air conditioning” and this was the main reason why we booked here. The property is on a 4th floor and no elevator (don’t recommend it if you’re not traveling light) and it was incredibly hot and stuffy. If we opened the windows mosquitos and flies would get in. Antonio apologized for the wrong description and after my request to send a couple of fans and fix the kitchen sink, he immediately sent over a friend to fix the sink, yet he only brought one fan. The location is great and incredibly noisy. The sofa bed was really hard and so the pillows. I would not stay here again, but this might work for people who have less expectations. If I were Antonio I would have suggested to offer a credit and either to have the guest buy a fan with it instead, or keep the money for the misleading description. Sorry Antonio, you were super nice but I need to say it was a painful stay due to the heat, uncomfortable beds, pillows, itchy sofa-bed quilt cover, and being in a 4 story building with no elevator.
