It was a very nice and clean hotel. Definitely unique looking building surrounded by convention center complex. the staffs were absolutely helpful and kind. A clean modern room with a big balcony equipped well. Bed and pillows were comfortable. It’s a bit far from Bergamo city center but easy access by tram or walk. Also it has a big parking garage so all types of car will fit. Can’t expect anyone, it was a wonderful stay.

The hotel is new, modern, and absolutely beautiful. However, it is located far from the city centre, and we have to take a streetcar and a bus to get there. The breakfast was excellent, and our room 103 was spacious with two gorgeous terraces. However, this beautiful room has a tiny shower, which is difficult to use even for petite women like me. I was surprised that such a large project could have made this architectural mistake.

Modern and clean hotel, however we unfortunately encountered many issues. Booked a standard room, but only twin beds available. Room only had 1 set of towels. Shower temperature was barely warm and didn’t get hot. Early wake up from gardening team right outside our window with loud equipment. Electric power outage at 11am as we were checking out, with no emergency lightning in staircase.

This is a new hotel but a little off the main part of town. Having a car is a must but figure out how to get to the hotel before you get there. There are no signs that makes it confusing

Excellent hotel, great staff, nothing too much trouble. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. Nothing at all to dislike. Location is a way out but fine if you like walking (which we did). There is a tram that goes past the hotel so always an option anyway. The area around the hotel is being developed including a new arena etc. Would stay again.
