We were quite dissapointed to see the pool is actually not part of the hotel even though its the first image when looking at the hotel. You have to pay 70 euro pp to get access to the pool/spa. We also ate dinner at the hotel bar - not great either. Room was nice though. But would not come back here again.

It was a very nice and clean hotel. Definitely unique looking building surrounded by convention center complex. the staffs were absolutely helpful and kind. A clean modern room with a big balcony equipped well. Bed and pillows were comfortable. It’s a bit far from Bergamo city center but easy access by tram or walk. Also it has a big parking garage so all types of car will fit. Can’t expect anyone, it was a wonderful stay.

It was misleading that they put the swimming pool and spa photos as part of their hotel. Those service is from next door and you need to pay more for it. The funny thing is almost everything need to pay to use in the room, tea coffee and water. They left one bottle of water for free in the room.

The hotel is new, modern, and absolutely beautiful. However, it is located far from the city centre, and we have to take a streetcar and a bus to get there. The breakfast was excellent, and our room 103 was spacious with two gorgeous terraces. However, this beautiful room has a tiny shower, which is difficult to use even for petite women like me. I was surprised that such a large project could have made this architectural mistake.
