Living room

Spacious and bright, the living room is stylishly furnished with a comfortable sofa bed and a round table. Here you can relax, eat with friends, watch TV or enjoy direct access to one of the two balconies, ideal for relaxing outdoors.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge and coffee machine. From the adjacent balcony, you can enjoy breakfast surrounded by tranquillity.

Bedroom 1

Spacious and comfortable double bedroom with a quality bed and large wardrobe to comfortably store your belongings, with access to the balcony overlooking Upper Bergamo.

Bedroom 2

Spacious and comfortable double bedroom with a high-quality bed and small balcony. There is a practical built-in wardrobe for storing your personal belongings and clothes.

Bathroom

The bathroom is functional and clean, with a shower and all the essential amenities for a practical and pleasant stay.

In accordance with Article 19 of the Testo Unico delle Leggi di Pubblica Sicurezza (TULPS), Italian law requires us to register the identity documents of all guests staying at our establishment. To this end, we would like to inform you that we use professional management software that guarantees maximum data security and confidentiality. We will send you a secure link before your stay to enable you to register these documents quickly and easily.

(The price per night includes a handling fee of 30%+VAT)

Prior to your arrival, I will ensure that the flat is thoroughly cleaned, following strict hygiene standards.

There will be fresh bed linen and towels for each guest, two rolls of toilet paper and a welcome kit in the bathroom, I would also like to inform you that as we are not a hotel, Italian law forbids us to provide guests with any kind of food even if it is just simple oil, salt and pepper, and as we work professionally, we are bound to follow Italian law.

Please respect the flat and its equipment during your stay as if they were your own. I am sure you will treat the flat with care.



Security deposit for any damage

To protect the property and its furnishings, and to ensure that all guests enjoy accommodation that is always in perfect condition, a security deposit of €300 is required to cover any damage, missing items or improper use of the property.

The deposit does not represent an additional cost: it will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, following the necessary checks on the condition of the accommodation.

If no damage or issues are found, the full amount will be refunded. If damage is found, the sum will be retained in whole or in part, in proportion to the costs of repair or replacement.
