Great space for two couples, with two shower rooms, one ensuite. Strangely only one toilet, but independent of the shower rooms.Living room is a bit cramped for 4, one sofa-bed and pouffes.Balcony is a great suntrap in the afternoon, quiet as the apartment is on the inside of the block, overlooking the courtyard.Host was excellent, we wouldn't have seen him at all except the previous tenants had reported a problem with the hot water and he came to compete fixing it just after we arrived, with full email communication ahead of it.

Appartement hyper équipé, spacieux, moderne, agréable, propre, tres bien situé (proche plage - 2 minutes à pied), grande terrasse, calme. Grand chien accepté sans supplément moyennant passage de l'aspirateur pour les poils quand on quitte. Reçu beaucoup d'informations pratiques sur appartement, curiosités region, informations sur stationnement en rue. A recommander.

Un séjour très agréable en famille, un appartement vraiment bien agencé, neuf et moderne. Au calme, et très proche du centre ville et de la plage. Les filles ont vraiment aimé et nous ont déjà demandé de revenir à Berck.

Un très bel appartement au calme.

Un appartement haut de gamme très propre, bien placé et au calme, dont le descriptif sur l'annonce est parfaitement exact. Le propriétaire est très réactif et sympatique. Mini bémol pour l'éclairage dans les chambres: 1 lampe de chevet par lit double c est un peu juste. Ce qui ne nous empêchera pas d'y retourner!

Emplacement et appartement parfaits pour ses vacances reussis

Un appartement tres bien équipé et propre, meubles pour terrasse confortables. Il manque pe les tables de chevet et chaises dans les chambres, mais on a utilise cellos de terasse. La communication avec le proprietaire etait tres bonne. L’appartement est idéalement situé. Nitre chien a aussi aimé Berck.
