Built in 1607, the "Ederhaus" was restored in 1996 in accordance with historic preservation guidelines and is situated in a prime yet quiet location right in the heart of Berchtesgaden, offering you a relaxing vacation in the Berchtesgaden Alps any time of year.
The Royal Palace, the Kur- und Kongresshaus, the spa gardens, bus stops, and the pedestrian zone with all its shopping options are all nearby. Beer gardens, restaurants, bakeries, cafés, and pubs are just a few minutes’ walk away. The Watzmann Thermal Baths, ice rink, salt mine, and Obersalzberg Railway are also just a few minutes away.
Our apartment also serves as a starting point for many interesting hikes through the Berchtesgaden mountains.
The comfortable and cozily furnished vacation apartment (approx. 58 sqm) is located on the 2nd floor. The living room is equipped with a sleeper sofa, satellite TV, a radio, and a large corner balcony (southwest-facing). The kitchen features a dining area, a stove with an oven and a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a toaster, and an electric kettle.
A travel crib and a high chair are available free of charge.
A parking space is available in front of the house.
