A very well-maintained farmhouse in a sunny, quiet, secluded location with a view of the Watzmann. Comfortable two-bedroom vacation apartment with satellite TV, a separate kitchen, and a living room (also with satellite TV), plus a balcony wrapping around the unit. Sun deck with outdoor seating and parking directly at the house. Our house is located at 600 m above sea level, with beautiful hiking trails passing right by.

A wonderfully sunny, central location.Absolutely quiet and surrounded by meadows and forests. The apartment is on the first floor and features a large wraparound balcony with a stunning view of the Watzmann. It has 2 separate bedrooms with shower/toilet/hair dryer and a cozy living room with TV, seating area, and sofa.
