On the road to the Pyrenees, you can relax and be 2 km from the village of Bérat (shops, restaurants, and the Bérataise beer brewery), 6 km from the Savères fishing lake, 10 km from the Via Garona hiking trail (Path of Saint James), the Carbone WakePark spring (water activities), Lake Bure, Lake Sabatouse, and the Tépacap adventure park, 17 km from one of the most beautiful villages in France, Rieux-Volvestre, and 20 km from Muret (train station, Aqualudia, cinema, and Horizon Pyrénées seminar room). You will enjoy the shared swimming pool, located in the heart of the property, and outdoor games (ping-pong, bowling alley, badminton). Semi-enclosed lawned grounds, private parking area. A mini-farm on site with small animals and the donkeys Anémone and Peluche. This cottage is adjacent to the owners' home but has independent access; a second cottage is located on the same property. On the ground floor: living room with equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom (140cm double bed) with bathroom (sink). Upstairs: 1 bedroom (3 90cm single beds), shower room, and toilet. Central heating included.
