The bedroom features a cozy double bed and a spacious closet—your personal retreat for restful nights. The modern bathroom, featuring underfloor heating, boasts a spacious shower that perfectly rounds out your relaxation.

A wellness oasis and pure relaxation:
Immerse yourself in our 150-square-meter wellness oasis on the first floor. Three saunas (Finnish sauna, bio sauna, and steam room), a spacious relaxation room, and a small fitness area are at your disposal. Free access allows you to enjoy pure comfort without having to leave the building in your bathrobe.

Convenient amenities:
For the valued guests of the Residenz am Balmer See, we offer an exclusive opportunity to reserve a beach chair, including a parking spot in Heringsdorf, in advance (subject to availability and for a fee). In addition, a parking space in the underground garage is available to you free of charge.
