The first floor impresses with its tasteful, high-quality furnishings, plenty of space to relax, and an indirect view of the Achterwasser. In the living room, featuring a cozy XXL couch, leather armchair, flat-screen TV, and DVD/CD player, you can unwind and step out onto the sunny west-facing balcony.

The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, 4-burner ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, and large freezer compartment. The large dining table offers space not only for meals but also for cozy game nights with a view of the complex.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with comfortable double beds and flat-screen TVs, as well as a spacious, naturally lit bathroom with a corner tub and shower. A guest restroom is located on the first floor.

Underfloor heating ensures a cozy atmosphere throughout the entire apartment. The apartment is located on the third floor of Building An at the Residenz am Balmer See, facing southwest, and is accessible by elevator. An underground parking space is available to you.

The 150-square-meter wellness area, featuring three different saunas (Finnish sauna, bio sauna, and steam room), a spacious relaxation room, and a small fitness area is located on the first floor and can be easily reached by elevator while wearing a bathrobe—without ever having to leave the building.

There is also a laundry room on the first floor.
