Welcome to the wonderfully peaceful 4-star vacation rental BS 40 at the Residenz am Balmer See, located directly on the Achterwasser, not far (about 10 km) from the imperial spa towns of Bansin, Ahlbeck, and Heringsdorf.

The recently (2024) renovated and modernized vacation apartment (Wi-Fi, smart TV, DVD player, Bluetooth-DAB+ radio, etc.) features a cozy living/dining area and a separate bedroom, and can accommodate up to 4 people.

With a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, an additional pod coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, etc., you can cook to your heart’s content. In addition, the apartment features a high-quality bathroom with a wheelchair-accessible shower, as well as a cozy bedroom with a large box-spring bed and a spacious closet.
