The lower level features a spacious living room that flows seamlessly into an open kitchen with a comfortable dining table. From here, the doors open to a picturesque view of the Achterwasser. The balcony, equipped with an awning, invites you to enjoy relaxing moments outdoors during your vacation.
The upper level of this charming duplex apartment features a light-filled bathroom equipped with a modern, walk-in shower. In one of the bedrooms, you’ll find a TV and a workspace that’s perfect for working comfortably on your laptop—for added comfort during your stay.

A wellness oasis and pure relaxation:
Enjoy free access to our 150-square-meter wellness area on the first floor of Building A, which features three saunas (Finnish sauna, bio sauna, and steam room), a spacious relaxation room, and a small fitness area to ensure your well-being.
