Check in was quick, and the lady was sweet. The cookies are a great touch. I wanted to sit by the fireplace but it’s in the lobby so not secluded at all. I got a great price on the king suite (by myself) And it’s a fantastic room. The room was clean, well furnished, and large. The bed was comfy, and the AC cold. This is my third time here and far from my last.

I liked the breakfast options that had greater variety than one typically finds in similar hotels. The staff was very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not open during our visit. Also, Expedia showed cookies in their images of the hotel. I never saw any complimentary cookies during our three night stay. Therefore, that picture should be removed. I would stay again the next time we visit Crystal Bridges.

We were very disappointed the hot tub was not in working order. From reading reviews after the fact, it apparently has been out of order for some time...at least dating back into November. Additionally, one of the elevators was not working and, again, seems to have been out of order for some time. Regarding the hot tub, it would be courteous if the hotel noted it on their website since it has apparently been an ongoing issue. On another note, "Jennifer" who checked us in was very kind.

Fast check in process. Room is spacious, clean but pillows are not enough for two people. Blanket are not that warm in cold weather. No safe to keep your valuables. Has enough parking space. Area is quiet and safe. Close to restaurants and Marshals. Breakfast is good. I highly recommend to a family and friends.

At check-in they let guests know that the hot tub is down and guests can get a pass to use a hot tub at a sister hotel down the road! Check-in evening staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is aged, and signs of wear and tear are evident in rooms and public spaces. Variety and many options for breakfast!

Had rsv for a king suite. At check in was told no king suites available, that these rooms had not been cleaned due to holiday and wouldn't be cleaned till housekeeping returned to work. Was put in a small double room. Room just too small for visit with family. Also at check in front desk clerk was too busy on cell phone to realize I was even there standing waiting to check in. After a few minutes when someone walked through lobby she then noticed I was standing there waiting to check in. Double bed room just wouldn't work, so at 3am just got up and left. Been staying hear several times a year but may have to rethink this after this stay. Very disappointed stay. Mark C. room 102
