Upon checking in and going to my room, my girlfriend and I I noticed splattered poo in the toilet, hair behind the toilet; short and long. One could only assume which kind of hairs. Visible food and crumbs on the carpet, stains on the bed spread… do I need to keep going.. have pictures to back all of this up as well. Do not stay here…. Go across the street to the holiday inn!!! Pay the little extra!
The clerk at the front desk handed this to me and said I could clean the toilet myself. She wasn’t “qualified”

The sink was clogged and cracked. The Hotel was not all that clean. The staircase had not been vacuumed in sometime. The monsoon unit was SO loud! It clanked when it shut off.

Front desk lady was great. The hallways, the carpets, and the bathroom in the room was filthy. The pool was disgusting and looked as if it hasn’t been washed or sanitized and the floor in the pool was awfully dirty too. If you ran the jets in the hot tub you got a nasty scum line. It was just gross. We left before attempting to do to sleep.
