Had a friend come in from town three hours away we were going to stay here but the lady up front was so rude and ghetto we left i was mad and so was she that she drove 3 hour back home after only being in town for 45 minutes that's to your staff for wrecking seeing a friend

Place was clean, but service not real good. Everyone was very nice and courteous, but the breakfast was lousy, for what they charge, they were out of bagels, english muffins. No one came to clean our room, we had to ask for towels, pool was not clean. Hilton are very good when we travel, but not this one.

Negatives (though nitpicky) Elevator was slow, and the sink... Don't get me started lol. I could barely wash my hands it was so close to the edge of the bowl. The cleaning staff came in to our room way too early (8 freakin 30 man) before we were even close to checking out. Positives: Other than that it was a nice place, good breakfast, nice staff. Definitely would stay again even with the negatives.

Sadly, the room next door was obnoxious. A child stomped around each evening when I got back to my room. The adults in the room were awake past 2AM laughing and talking loudly. They had music playing with the bass beating the wall. My room was an adjoining room to theirs- maybe that is why it was so bad. The carpet in my room was stained and the soap holder in the shower was broken off. The water was hot and shower pressure was good. The bed was comfortable. Given the name, I thought the hotel would have been nicer.

During our two stay at the Hilton the electricity went out within the first 30 minutes arriving. There was no backup generator and my pregnant wife and I spent our time in darkness. I am trying to get my money back and it is a struggle. Terrible experience for me.

Toilet was dirty when we got to our room. Cleaning crew had left for the day so the woman from the front desk had to come up to clean it. The next day a power outage hit the property. No elevators, A/C, lights. The stairwells were completely black with no light. I gave it 1-star because I couldn’t give it zero stars.

Storm caused power outage. No emergency lights, generator. Had to go up the stairs with no emergency lighting and used the light off my phone to see in complete darkness. Staff was rude, "we can't control the weather." I had had to ask for the manager's card. No one was helpful. Staff used twinkling lights to provide "light." Storms are inevitable, so as the Hilton, there should have been proper measures for emergencies and well trained staff. Overall, not a pleasant stay or experience....

We really enjoyed the pool here, as I have two small children. It was warm and empty both times we swam. However, our hotel room was pretty nasty. It was not cleaned well at all. Multiple small black hairs in the shower, keurig storage area was disgusting, unidentified spot on the comforter to one of the beds, all around dingy and everything could've used a good wipe down. The staff were exceptionally friendly so I'm 50/50 on returning. Some good, some bad.
