I thought it was over priced but it was the 4th of July so maybe that was why. We stayed one night and the beds were very comfortable.

Clean, comfortable with friendly staff. Breakfast was a typical breakfast. The water park is only open Friday, Saturday and Sundays, and for an additional fee from your stay. We knew this going in, but wanted others to be aware. Would stay again, its off the beaten path, and super quiet!

The rooms were clean. I’ll give them that, however, while the hotel advertises Safari Joe’s, it is not made known that the waterpark is only open on the weekends. We were able to swim in the pool, which was not well kept and downright dirty. They also didn’t know where the light switch was and the pool area was unlocked which could result in a terrible accident for a “family friendly” hotel.

The room itself was ok, the bathroom is where it lacked greatly. Luckily we were there for an event so we didnt spend much time in the rooms. Didn't get to use the waterpark, but according to the staff the room does not come with the Waterpark pass so that will need to be purchased separately. For the price of the hotel definitely NOT worth it. You can stay other places and drive in to the water park and save money.

Check in was great! Staff was super friendly and helpful. The bathroom inside the room could have been cleaned better. There was hair in the shower and some gunk under the sink. The cleaning staff did come daily to check to see if we needed anything. Pool/waterpark area was clean and well maintained. Went during the week so it was pretty quiet. Game room was clean and decent. All games were $1, a couple didn’t work but had no signs. The front desk staff was kind enough to give my kiddos their money back.

We booked this hotel specifically for the pool and water park amenities. Discovered when we got here (it is not clear on their site) that there is a substantial fee to go to the water park and even use the pool. We also booked a family suite and were sad to find that the tv in the second sleeping area had been removed and there was nothing they could do. The gal at the desk when we arrived could do nothing and the manager in the morning was downright rude. I would not recommend staying here. Ever.

WATERPARK IS NOT INCLUDED WITH EXPEDIA RESERVATIONS. The hotel was fine but I feel like the pool/ waterpark are falsely advertised. You are allowed to use the pool inside the water park only when the water park is closed if you want to use the water park when it’s open it is an extra $45 a person and is only open Friday-Sunday . This would be fine if the Waterpark wasn’t used as the main selling point for the hotel and had accurate hours listed on Expedia and it was clearly stated it’s not included.

Room was clean, staff were friendly, waterpark was great! It’s closed during the week, but they will open it for guests. The large slides don’t run during the week, but my boys had a blast having the waterpark to themselves for 2 days! Breakfast was good and the lobby has an excellent seating area! Great location off 94 and near some good restaurants. Our bathtub wasn’t clean but we just dealt with it since it was a short stay. Otherwise we had an excellent stay.

Chris the day manager was very rude. We did not have access to the pool. The tub had paint pealing from it and there was no microwave. When I said something to Chris she was hateful and rude indicating microwaves have been ordered and did not acknowledge the issue of the tub.
