There was no extra slide lock on the door. The jetted tub had the hot water labeled blue and the cold labeled red so it took a minute to adjust the temperature. The shower tub drain didn't stay open so the tub filled with water when showering. The shower floor was very slippery and I fell against the tub getting in to the shower. The toilet was leaking and the bed was hard as a rock. The breakfast of biscuits and gravy and sausage was awful. For the cost of what we paid for the room it was a huge disappointment. They couldn't really do much for us since we went through a third party instead of booking directly.

Who is in the bath? It was very dark, but it was the entrance to the closest to our room. There are several cars with people in them, smoking dope. It felt very unsafe. Even the front desk clerk had worn down that people are sitting in the back and they're smoking dope. If they're aware of that going on, why isn't a policed

One of the Best Stays in New Buffalo! We had a fantastic experience at the Baymont in New Buffalo, MI. The staff went above and beyond—super friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. What really stood out was the pool and jacuzzi—hands down the nicest in the area. Clean, relaxing, and perfect after a long day. Highly recommend this spot whether you're visiting for a quick getaway or passing through. We’ll definitely be back! Joel

It was a very run down hotel.. there were broken tiles on most of the tile in the bathrooms and no grout.. broken doors on cabinets. A think layer of dust on everything throughout the hotel. Very run down.

I paid an outrageous rate to stay in this run down property. The staff was not empowered to make things right. My rate was double what my friends got for the exact room My toilet overflowed full if human waste!! They didn’tmakecanyvadjystnwnts for that disaster. The breakfast was inedible. Phony cold eggs. Dried out cold sausages. No water to drink. My tv remote didn’t work. I tried to call customer service. Got no satisfaction. Pricey rate for dilapidated opera. Needs renovation. It wasn’t like we had a terrible experience, but there’s so much maintenance and cleaning being neglected that I don’t believe that it will be around much longer under the apparent management plan. However, the staff was extremely friendly and eager to help. Lastly, they do have a hot breakfast included. Thank you for hosting us.

Room 127 is disgusting. The floor is coming apart. The bathroom is filthy. The room stinks so bad I have a headache after being in the room for 5 minutes. Random dirty towel and hair all over the bathroom. Light hanging from the ceiling. Grab rails falling off the wall.

Gross hotel

The bathroom was gross. Had missing pieces from the counter as well as no soaps or lotions. The ironing board has stains all over it, curtains were busted and stains all over the walls. We ended up leaving a night early and were charged the entire stay

The blonde curly-ish haired girl tried her hardest to make our stay the best it could be considering the conditions. She alone, kept us there. The entire hotel was in shambles. Leaky ceilings, dirty floors, broken ..everything. It smelled bad, looked bad aside from the mural that was on the pool wall. She put us in a room that was falling apart, tried to put us in a 2nd room that was already occupied(she was unaware they told someone else they were staying) then finally got us into a room that was doable. She stated it was being remodeled but know where on any site stated that. All in all aside from her trying her best to make our stay better, it was a disaster. She was simply, the best part of the stay.
