Pró: áreas comuns muito bonitas. deck espetacular. convênio com vinícolas. A melhor opção no Vale dos Vinhedos e por muito! Contra: Check-in muito moroso (esperamos 40 minutos para se dirigirem a nós. haviam outros dois quartos apenas na nossa frente). Apesar do café da manhã ser bom, o almoço deixou muito a desejar. Quartos são mal decorados, de mal gosto e não condizente com as áreas comuns do hotel.

Ótimo staff, mas quartos poderiam ser melhores

Os quartos definitivamente não valem o preço. Pegamos a suíte presidencial e ainda assim era tudo antigo e de não muito bom gosto. Uma modernizada nos quartos fariam a estadia perfeita. O hotel em si é incrível e o staff ainda mais! O que eu acredito que possa ser o gerente (não lembro o nome), muito prestativo à tudo o que precisávamos (tivemos problemas com a conexão da internet na TV e mesmo não conseguindo devido ao posicionamento do roteador, ele fez o que pôde para tentar solucionar o problema). Meu namorado não fala português e foi incrível encontrar tantos colaboradores em um só hotel que conseguiam se comunicar c ele em inglês. Foi uma boa estadia, só como eu falei, não acredito que eu pagaria novamente 2mil reais por uma noite em um quarto daqueles.

Very relaxing and want to come next time!

The room was old but well-maintained. Fabulous dining areas (the bistro and the restaurant). Right across the biggest winery MIOLO of the region. The grape fields are nicely organized and are clean and beautiful. Free parking and is not far from some nice restaurants.

Great restaurant and lounge area, beautiful location. Our room had a missing blackout curtains, bedding and towels weren't of Marriott quality and inferior (Marriott manages the hotel only), air conditioning was very loud and kept us up.
